Joshua ISD High School was awarded a $1500.00 grant from Carter BloodCare for their successful blood drives last year. “Imagine all the people that you guys have touched,” stated Ruben Tafoya of Carter BloodCare.
“Together, our student council and community were able to collect 224 units of blood, which has the capability to save 672 lives. I am so proud of our student council and school community! It’s so rewarding to work with a group of students who work to make our community better for everyone,” said Mica Martin.
Thank you to our dedicated students and staff for giving back to the community.
