On a cold morning in Midlothian, the Joshua High Varsity Cross Country teams brought the heat, and came home with lots of hardware from the District 14-5A meet!

The Boys team won the meet by placing 1st overall. The team was led by Nathan Ford and Joseph Aguirre who placed 2nd and 3rd, respectively.

The Lady Owls finished 2nd and were led by Caitlyn Combs who finished 3rd.

Both teams have qualified for regionals, which will be on November 10 at Jesse Owens Park in Dallas. Later in the day, the JV Boys also finished 1st and were district champs, while the JV girls placed 2nd.
