As a result of the State of Disaster declaration

from Texas Governor Greg Abbott earlier this year due to the

Coronavirus pandemic, Joshua ISD will

livestream the regularly-scheduled Board of

Trustees meeting scheduled for Monday, June 15.

The livestream will be available on the Joshua

ISD Facebook page. This is in an effort to limit

the number of people present to less than 10,

per the guidelines of health organizations.

Pursuant to JISD board policy BED (Local),

individuals who wish to participate during the

portion of the meeting designated for public

comment shall sign up with the presiding

officer or designee before the meeting begins

as specified in the Board's procedures on

public comment and shall indicate the agenda

item or topic on which they wish to address

Board.

Public comment shall occur prior to the

designated agenda item for agenda items and

during the public forum portion of the meeting

for non-agenda items. Except as permitted by

this policy and the Board's procedures on

public comment, an individual's comments to

the Board shall not exceed three minutes per

meeting.

Anyone wishing to submit a comment on an agenda item

or topic may do so by filling out this Google Form.

Comments will be accepted until the meeting

begins at 6:30 pm. Comments will be read out

to board during the public forum and public

comment portions of the agenda. This will be

the process for future board meetings until

further notice.

The agenda can be found here.
