Joshua High School Runners Sprint to State

The Region 1-5A Cross Country Meet was an incredible race for the Joshua High School runners!

On the girls’ side, Rhyan Dollar-Daugherty and Lyndie Freeman finished 12th and 13th, securing their spots at the State Meet!

The boys’ team showed up strong, placing 4th overall and qualifying for State as well! The team consists of Edward Hernandez, Nathan Aguirre, Granger Quinn, Dom Gutierrez, Jaxson Kirchmann, Braeden Quinonez and Lane Sealy, with Angel Espejel and Peyton Ray as alternates.

We are incredibly proud of our students for this colossal achievement!

The 5A State Cross Country Meet is Friday, October 31, at Old Settler’s Park in Round Rock.
