JISD to make up Jan. 27 and 28 inclement weather days

Joshua ISD will have to make up the school days that were missed due to inclement weather on January 27 and 28. The Texas Education Agency has not granted waivers for those days.

JISD will be open on Monday, March 23, and Monday, May 11, per the 2025-26 JISD Calendar. Reminders will be sent via family email and the district's social media accounts.

This decision ensures that all educational time is accounted for and aligns with state regulations.
