JISD School Board approves revised 2025-26 school calendar

At the regularly scheduled board meeting on Monday, May 19, the Joshua ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved a revision to the 2025-26 school calendar. The calendar was first approved at their February 17 regular board meeting.

The revision adds two non-instructional Mondays in April 2026 on the 6th and 27th. The revision still ensures compliance with the 75,600 instructional minute requirement set by the Texas Education Agency.
