JHS senior named National Merit Scholarship Semifinalist

Julia Pena, a senior at Joshua High School, has been selected as a semifinalist for the National Merit Scholarship Program!

She scored in the top one percent of all U.S. high school seniors who took the 2023 Pre-SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test to earn this honor. Approximately 1.3 million high school juniors take the PSAT/NMSQT each year.
