JHS NJROTC puts on stellar performances across multiple states

The talent of the Joshua Navy JROTC was on full display recently at a pair of major competitions!

The Joshua Navy JROTC Drill Teams put on an incredible performance at their state competition, with the excellent Color Guard taking second overall. At the same time, the Armed and Unarmed Regulation Drill finished in a fantastic third place. What's even more impressive? The unit was split, with 10 cadets two states away who could have contributed to the success! This achievement is a testament to their hard work and commitment.

The Rifle Teams were in Columbia, Missouri, competing in the Navy Service Championship. This competition started last fall with over 6,400 shooters nationwide and was whittled down to the top 195 Sporter and 77 Precision shooters. From that elite group, our Sporter Team finished 9th out of 38, and Precision finished 4th out of 16. Precision will now advance to the All-Service Championship at Camp Perry, Ohio, on March 24–29.

Congratulations, cadets!
