JHS baseball hits it out of the park in All-Johnson County awards
After a tremendous season on the diamond, the Joshua High School Owl Baseball team cleaned up in the All-Johnson County awards!
The squad earned Team of the Year honors, with head coach Albert Carrizales being named the Coach of the Year.
Coming off of being selected to the THSBCA 5A All-State First Team as a first baseman, Gavin Massey was named the All-Johnson County Most Valuable Player! Nate Chittum earned the Newcomer of the Year title.
Hank Berkner, Landon Lillagore and Jaxson Philpot played their way onto the First Team, while Thomas Rodriguez, Cody Rogers and Hunter Strebeck were Second Team selections. Cooper Bosher was named Honorable Mention.
