Cadet scholar: Past NJROTC student earns top academic honor

Ethan Henry, a Joshua High School Class of 2026 graduate and former Joshua Navy JROTC cadet, has earned the Joseph C. Gilliam Academic Achievement Award!

Individuals earn this prestigious national NJROTC award by demonstrating exceptional academic achievement and also embodying the qualities of an exemplary cadet. Recipients of this honor are recognized for their outstanding dedication to their studies, leadership skills and commitment to the values of discipline and teamwork within the cadet program.

Ethan is now studying at Texas A&M University.
