I am so excited about this school year and getting to work with your children!  I graduated from Joshua and returned here to work after graduating from T.C.U. I have taught elementary at JISD and been a counselor at LMS and JHS before becoming a counselor here at Staples.  I am married to Bryan and have two children, Ally who is a nurse and lives in Houston, and Will who is a student studying business at SMU.  I enjoy traveling, going to T.C.U. football games, playing with my two dogs, watching movies, shopping, and spending time with my family and friends!

This year I will continue to visit all of the classrooms to teach guidance lessons dealing primarily with character traits and building social emotional skills. I  am here to help all students with academic, personal/social concerns and any other problems that they may face.   Students are welcome to visit me on an as needed basis.  If parents wish for their child to see me more than once for a particular issue, a permission slip must be filled out.  Please feel free to e-mail or call me with any questions or concerns that you may have.
