    Dear Parents,

The District has scheduled a second public meeting to present the revised plan for changing attendance zone boundaries for the 2009/2010 school year. After extensive discussion and careful consideration of the input received from the first public meeting the proposed attendance zone boundaries as originally proposed will not change. However, the plan has been revised to expand the grandfather provision to include students who are in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades this school year. A copy of the revised plan and attendance zone boundaries is included below.

Because your child attends one of the schools which could be affected, I would like to invite you to attend this meeting to review the plan that is being recommended to the Board of Trustees. The meeting will be held at Acker Auditorium on Monday March 23, 2009 beginning at 7:00 p.m.

If you have any questions about the meeting, please feel free to contact me or an administrator at your child’s campus.

    Thank you,

    Ray Dane
