The PSAT/NMSQT is the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.The PSAT is an effective way for sophomores and juniors to prepare for the SAT (and even ACT). This test is also used to identify National Merit Scholars and award merit scholarships to students who test their junior year of high school. We recommend that students test their sophomore and junior year. Students may register and pay online via RevTrak with the link above or they may register and pay with cash or check in the counseling office.
