Credit by Exam
Joshua ISD Approved List of Examinations
Grades 1-12
Joshua ISD will only use the following examinations for students in grades 1-12 to gain credit for acceleration. These examinations meet all requirements and are approved by the State Board of Education.
1. College Board Advanced Placement (AP)
2. College-Level Examination Program (CLEP)
3. Texas Tech University
4. The University of Texas at Austin
Registration for Credit by Exam testing is completed through your campus counselor.
Verification: Please be sure to bring a photo ID with you on testing day.
