TexQuest Databases
The Joshua High School & Public Library offers free access to databases for your research needs. These databases can be utilized from any location with specialized passcodes. A passcode sheet is available at the library circulation desk, or you may contact the library at (817) 202-2547. Our friendly library staff will be more than happy to show you how to search these databases.

The Gale Database Package comes equipped with 19 different databases that are excellent sources for research related lessons. Each database will require our specialized password for access.
Infobase Learn 360 offers access to over 153,000 multimedia resources. This includes full-length videos, video clips, images, audio titles, articles, and more!
ProQuest SIRS Discoverer includes magazine and news articles, reference book articles, images, websites, and interactive learning games.
The Britannica School Database package gives you access to all TexQuest Britannica resources. These include: encyclopedia articles, magazine articles, primary sources, images, videos, and lesson plans.
With EBSCO Learning Express, students will find resources for test preparation, college, career, and military preparation, skills development and more!
TeachingBooks.net is an online database of thousands of multimedia resources you can use to explore children's and young adult books and their authors.
The TexShare Database Package allows you access to over 27,000 journals, over 171,000 ebooks, and over 15 million images, videos, and interactive resources. TexShare is perfect for homework help, health or business information, academic journals, popular magazines, genealogy, or job and career development.
