To 6th GRADE BAND !
It is the mission of the Joshua ISD Band program to gain a better understanding and appreciation of music and share that knowledge and love with others. Through study, practice, individual growth as well as working together, a high level of performance can be achieved. We believe in establishing a tradition of excellence through our performances, as well as our behavior, attitude, and spirit.
We are the SPIRIT of JOSHUA !!
It is our mission to learn all aspects of music including learning to play our instruments, performing, music history and theory, and music appreciation – to be “whole” musicians. And lastly, it is our mission to reach out to the community by sharing our talents with the student body, faculty, staff, administrators, parents, and family.
